My favorite are the tacos! They always make the food hella good and hooked up so, great service. Love that they are in a parking lot and super chill so great ambiance for great tacos, cold drinks and some chill atmosphere.

So good. Got the Hot Cheetos Burrito. Will be back until I've had everything on the menu and then I'll start over.

You ever been to this food truck? Thinking about going? You should. It's the cleanest address on the whole of International Boulder. Top 2 per cent, at least. Which can't be hard; since fallen out homeless, human feces and bottom barrel prostitutes are hallmarks of Int'l. El Tamarindo specializes in Sinaloan seafood. Gulf of California. They also advertise the *All New Quesabirria*. Don't blame them, we're all chasing trends after all. I wanted more, but had to eat light. I got me a ceviche verde with shrimp. Cooked shrimp. Spicy salsa verde, fresh and tart from tomatillo and lime. An able hand contributed brunoised cucumber and red onion. Three slivers of avocado laid atop. With all the acid, more avocado would have been optimal. I also got me a marlin taco. A joke. They buried the marlin. First of all, only bits of the fish are noticeable in a kind of sort of Mexican ragu. A red salsa tatemada. No flavor of marlin. Only it's meaty texture could be discerned. Second of all, you've got yourself a first gen iPhone sized slab of melted Monterrey Jack further burying. There is a side of chili pepper mayo and escabeche. Dip the escabeche into the mayo, not th taco. Overall, pretty chill. Will have to come back soon.

The Verde ceviche was phenomenal! It was incredibly fresh, packed with flavor, and had just the right amount of tang and spice. Honestly, I'd come back just for that ceviche--it was that good! The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed, making it a nice spot for a casual meal. Overall, I'd recommend giving it a try, especially if you're a fan of ceviche. The birria tacos were good--but not particularly memorable. I was hoping for a bit more flavor.

(4.5 out of 5) I'd give this place a 4, but this place is known for ceviche and seafood options, me and the people I was with got pastor and Birria (still really good) but to be fair I'm giving it a 4.5-5. For reasons stated above! Has hood parking and the lot they are in is super cool, with a cool poster sign thing and nice seating! Very nice people working here as well! When you come tell them Rothyy sent you!

I came here with a friend who recommended it because of their vegetarian options and their pineapple quesadilla. I ordered one veggie chorizo taco and one grilled pineapple quesadilla. They allow payment via Venmo or cash, but there's a $1.50 container fee. Food was ready within 5 minutes, and there are plenty of picnic tables in the area for eating. The chorizo taco was spicy, watch out for jalapeno seeds if you're like me and are weak to spiciness. The quesadilla was nice and cheesy and had a nice acidic tang from pineapple, good portion size. Some of the salad portion that came with it was also quite spicy though. Overall, I thought it was pretty good and I appreciate that they have a vegetarian menu. There isn't necessarily explanatory text of what's in the dishes, though, so you may have to ask the workers.

I originally started coming to this spot because it's close to my office, and they accept Venmo, where as the other truck only takes cash. I think the other one takes card now, but I don't care anymore lol I'm really bad with names, but there's a dude that is in the window 95% of the time I come for lunch (which is probably once a week), and he's super nice. I usually order the same thing, but on the off chance I ask for a suggestion, he always gives me his honest opinion. The tables are always clean, since I always eat there. The garbages are never over flowing. I've never had a problem finding an empty table. Or rude patrons. My usual order is the Baja fish taco, and a quesabirria taco. Both are so damned good. I could eat this every week for the rest of my life. I have also had the carne asada and the Baja fish tortas. Also REALLY good. The bread is so soft and delicious. I had the birria ramen (to go), umm. I wasn't a huge fan. The noodles seemed like spaghetti noodles lol, it was super rich, with the consume and birria. I think I'm just gonna stick to Japanese ramen. I'm very happy with this location. I just wish they would be open for breakfast so I could get a breakfast burrito here, I'm still on the hunt for a good one of those.
